Account Manager

 Job Purpose:

Responsible for the development and achievement of Order intake goals, plans and activities of the related BU products/services in assigned territory, in the assigned product line.

Job Description:

  • Managers and coordinators customer care and service business for the entire machine population in one or more countries
  • Responsible to support the growth strategies within the region (budget quotations, order intake, revenue/casing, customer visits), follow up on open payments
  • Win new customers with a systematic approach / and get understanding and agreement on general terms and conditions
  • Registration, acceptance of MDT products with all customers /end users so that each product gets the best chance in the market.
  • Builds customers relationships from prospecting to closing
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements
  • Assist on development and implementation of marketing plans, oversees the sales budget
  • Regional coordination between customers and PC’s
  • Collect & communicate market intelligence / competitors activities, project opportunities
  • Reporting in a structured and professional manner
  • First contact for technical queries for PrimeServe n the event of accidents and repairs
  • Bid management for local projects ( eg repair/FS projects)
  • Creates and organizes quotations, finds technical and commercial solutions in corporation with the product centers.
  • Independent customer negotiations (in line with sales guidelines and regulations)
  • Building internal MDT contacts
  • Regular travel
  • Gives input for the yearly BTA target
  • Responsible for the commercial outcome of the country/area as per BTA target
